The secret to overcoming these limitations is quite hidden from you and hence it is not easy to get rid of them. But here are massively valuable tips for you to get that secret uncovered.
What is a limiting belief?
Are your limiting beliefs holding you back?
Do you know the exact mechanism of how to identify a limiting belief?
Do you know how to get rid of some of them instantly?
You know those excuses that you tell yourself when something doesn’t go your way? Say you’re having trouble finding a relationship and you explain it away with something like, “women only want men who drive nice cars” or, “men/guys are only interested in women with a specific body type.”
These are examples of limiting beliefs - statements that you believe to be a fact even though there’s evidence proving otherwise - for example, many men find all female body types attractive, and there are plenty of women in relationships with inexpensive vehicles.
These altered realities are holding you back from exploring all the available possibilities to you because you’re allowing negative thoughts to control your perspective.
The trick to overcoming your limiting beliefs requires taking the time to educate yourself and ask plenty of questions. It’s also important to try and figure out what fears and anxieties caused those negative thoughts in the first place. You need some important data that will reveal shocking realities for you… keep reading to find out how you can get this information.
Stop comparing yourself.
When we put other people on a pedestal and tell ourselves that we’re incapable of doing what they do, we’re doing significant damage to our confidence.
I have designed a 4-step process to truly help you with ‘Profound You’ Formula:
1. Find Yourself.
2. Know yourself.
3. Be Yourself.
4. Help others.
I designed this because, for countless years, I kept hearing be yourself, be yourself, be yourself!! But it was not working. I realized that I cannot be myself unless I have the 2 earlier stages in my life. First I need to increase my awareness of who I am, and I could do this only by finding myself.
Once I find myself, I need to know this me. I am being honest with me, once I found out who I really am, it gave me powers that I did not know I had.
Now it is really easy for me to Be myself, as I know exactly who I am! Now I can help others to go through this same journey and help them be themselves not just with force but through understanding. This understanding you will get from me is at a much deeper and foundational level so that you will get it much faster than I did.
Although it’s perfectly alright to admire another person, it’s unhealthy to assume that they are superior and that there’s no way to measure up.
Have you heard the phrase "No one is perfect"?
Do you believe that to be true? You may believe that because you have heard that so many times and from so many sources. You may believe that also because you have seen so many people around you that are not perfect, and you may consider yourself to not be perfect. Am I right?
Here is something shocking for you: You are perfect. Anything that is not perfect, is not you. You need to really get this and understand it. You as a being are actually perfect, however, due to some factors that I will discuss in some of my events, you have been led to believe that it is not the case. Why that happens, how that happens, how can you start believing that are all great questions which I will answer in upcoming events as I will need to give. you some basic foundation of how this universe works.
Consequently, if you perceive someone as “better” than you, know that it’s not a matter of fact, but opinion - therefore others could think differently, and your perception is NOT reality.
There will always be someone with more expertise and more experienced, and this has nothing to do with you. It is just a viewpoint.
“No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” - Eleanor Roosevelt
Are you sure you’re right?
Test your assumptions: Are they real or just viewpoints?
Here’s a task for you, think of an opinion that you feel strongly about - a political belief or a current headline is a good place to start.
Next, work at proving your point wrong. This is a tactic often used in a debate. To have a plausible argument, you must know the opposing side's views. The process of learning both sides of a topic may lead to a change in your opinion, or it can strengthen your opinion while giving you more information to back up your view. In the end, you should walk away with more understanding of the topic which will help you expand your mind and the way you think about the world.
This is an exercise that you can do with a friend, family member or anyone else who you feel comfortable around - because this activity is all about getting OUT of your comfort zone! It's also a good way to practice respecting other views.
